To secure excellent customer service and competency, we are conducting a regular comprehensive seminar among our drivers and conductors that focuses on improving passenger service, accurate ticketing and emergency preparedness. This weekly seminar with the theme, “Philtranco, A unique experience” was facilitated by Philtranco trainors, Ms. Abegail Cecilia Verdanio and Ms. Lisa Roxas. The most recent activity was held last January 15, 2014.
