“Byahe Na!” Free Travel Magazine Launched

Catchy travel song chords by The Dawn, malunggay recipes from cooking star Nancy Reyes Lumen, things to do this summer, plus a whole lot of travel and tourism tips fill the country’s first-ever free travel magazine. Budget and gadget info as well as humor pepper “Biyahe Na”.

“Byahe Na” is the joint-offering of the country’s oldest bus company, Philtranco, which celebrates its 100th year this 2014; FastCat, whose fleet of brand-new RORO-ferries(the first in the Philippines and designed by Sea Transport Solutions of Australia), has been serving the Mindoro waters since last year: and JAM Liner, the favorite bus company plying the Manila – Laguna – Batangas – Quezon route.

With an initial run of 30,000 (or a pass-on readership of 300,000), “Byahe Na” is a quarterly full-color mini-magazine targeted at the country’s travelers, who hit the road for either, business, pleasure, or
study. The first issue has a summer theme, covering April to June 2014.

The handy-sized mag is currently being given out for free at all
Philtranco, FastCat, and JAM Liner terminals.
